You retain ownership of all data you enter into MyCounter. We do not claim ownership of your business data, including menu items, orders, inventory records, and customer information. You may export your data at any time.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCounter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
